How You Can Serve

Volunteer

Volunteers are the dynamic force behind our youth events and activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from event setup to leading games and assisting in small groups. This role is perfect for those looking to get involved with a flexible commitment, allowing you to choose how and when you serve. As a volunteer, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our youth, witnessing the immediate impact of your efforts as you help foster a vibrant, supportive environment. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with other volunteers and church members, making a difference in both the lives of our youth and your own.
Leader

Youth leaders are dedicated mentors who play a crucial role in the spiritual and personal growth of our students. By leading small groups, teaching lessons, and offering guidance, youth leaders invest deeply in the lives of young people, helping them navigate their faith journey and develop a closer relationship with Christ. This role requires a consistent commitment, as you become a trusted mentor and go-to person for your students, building deep, lasting relationships that have a profound impact. Youth leaders have the unique opportunity to witness and contribute to the transformation of students' lives, making a lasting difference that extends far beyond the walls of the church.

Small Group Leaders are dedicated mentors who build strong relationships with teenagers and help them connect with each other. They play a crucial role in guiding students on their spiritual journey, providing support, and fostering a sense of community within the group.
The Greeting Team sets the tone for every youth event, making sure that every teenager feels welcome and liked. They are the first point of contact and play a significant role in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that encourages students to engage fully.
The Dinner Team is all about creating a welcoming and nourishing environment where teenagers and volunteers feel happy and fed. They provide meals and snacks, contributing to a sense of community and making sure everyone is well taken care of during youth events.
The Worship Team engages teenagers in worship through music, helping them connect with God on a deeper level. They lead by example, creating a worship experience that is both meaningful and spiritually uplifting for the students.
The Media Team captures and shares memories from youth events, helping to connect students with the ministry through creative content. They are responsible for photography, video, and social media, ensuring that the excitement of the youth ministry reaches a broader audience.
The Logistics Team makes events happen by creating spaces that are comfortable, efficient, and clean. They handle the setup and teardown of events, ensuring that everything is in place and ready for a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
The Tech Team creates an atmosphere where teenagers can connect with God through technology and media. They manage the technical aspects of youth events, including sound, lighting, and visuals, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and enhances the overall experience.
The Games Team is all about bringing energy and excitement to our youth events by creating, arranging, and running fun and engaging games. This team plays a crucial role in breaking the ice, building camaraderie, and making sure that everyone is having a great time. Whether it’s a quick icebreaker or a full-scale competition, the Games Team ensures that the fun never stops and that every student feels included and involved.
The Teaching Team inspires and encourages students to take steps in their faith through relevant and authentic teaching of God’s Word. They communicate biblical truths in a way that resonates with students, helping them grow spiritually and deepen their understanding of the faith.
